iLead Students Program
iLead, John Maxwell’s values-based student leadership program, fosters leadership as a way of life. Our peer-to-peer approach cultivates authentic relationships while instilling good leadership values. Interactive workshops, mentorship, and community engagement empower students to become agents of positive change. Experienced mentors offer personalized guidance, sharing insights and navigating the leadership journey. iLead prepares students for a successful future, fostering self-reflection and teamwork.

Public Management and Leadership Program (PML)
Our flagship Public Management and Leadership Program (PML) is a dynamic 9-month journey to craft exceptional leaders in the public sector. We blend theory, practical skills, and real-world experience. Carefully selected participants join a cohort of emerging leaders, engaging in interactive workshops, peer discussions, and community projects. Together, they cultivate leadership competencies that ripple through organizations and communities.
